- Participants must complete the official upgrading submission form on the Pimax website and provide valid proof of ownership (e.g., purchase receipt, serial number, or device photo).
- Submissions will be reviewed by Pimax, and approved applicants will receive a personalized upgrading discount code via email.
- Discount codes are non-transferable and tied to the email address used during submission.
- Upgrading discount values are determined based on the model and condition of the submitted headset and are issued at Pimax’s sole discretion.
- Pimax is not obligated to approve every submission.
- Participants are not required to ship their old headset to Pimax. However, Pimax reserves the right to validate ownership and may revoke offers if false or misleading information is submitted.
